Do I need a venue or date secured before we chat?

No! Beginning the process with a planner by your side before locking in your venue or date might actually be one of the best first steps you can take. Having a planner by your side during the venue search can potentially save you money, as we ask all the right questions to help ypu understand any hidded fees or added costs that may arrise during the planning process. By involving us early on, we can provide valuable insights and guidence.

Who will we be working with?

You will be working directly with me, Alyssa, throughout the planning process leading up to your wedding day. I will be your main point of contact. On the wedding day, I typically work with a base of two assistants to help with the seamless execution. However, I tailor the number of assistants based on factors such as guest count and the level of logistics involved in your wedding.

When Should I Hire A Wedding Planner?

Now that is entirely up to each client and their unique circumstances. A full-service wedding planner is not in everyone's budget but our goal is to work with you from the start to ensure a seamless and stress-free planning experience. This allows you to enjoy every step of the journey leading up to your special day.

What is the payment structure of your packages?

A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance will be due one month before your wedding date. We understand that every client has unique financial preferences and needs, so we are happy to work with you and create a customized payment plan that may be better accommodating.

How much access do I get to you as my planner?

This can vary based on the package you choose. However, my goal is to provide all of my clients with consistent support and guidance throughout the entire process. One way I ensure easy accessibility is by setting up a group chat with all of my clients, where you can reach me at any time. While response times may vary, I always strive to get back to you within a few hours at the latest! During our onboarding process, we outline how communication will look during our time together.

How do you juggle your client needs?

I manage my client's needs by organizing and prioritizing tasks based on their specific package and stage of wedding planning. At the beginning of our collaboration, I create a customized plan that has an outlined to-do list for each month leading up to the wedding day and this is also shared with my clients so they can see where we are in the process.

How do you handle unexpected challenges or issues on a wedding day?

When faced with an issue or challenge, my goal is to address and resolve it internally, without causing unnecessary worry or stress for the couple or the guests. Drawing on my knowledge and expertise in the wedding industry, I leverage my problem-solving skills to assess the situation as quickly and effectively as possible.
