Our wedding coordination package offers a seamless experience leading up to and on your wedding day. We do not believe in " Day of coordination services" yet we believe in a more thorough approach. 

We take the time to fully grasp all your expectations and handle all of the intricate details.

We fully embark on this journey 60 - Days before your big day. Follow the steps below to see how we structure our wedding coordination services!

Inquiring and Onboarding

Well, you are currently in phase one, once you determine if we could be a good fit for you and your needs we will send you over everything you need to get all signed up. 

Once we have you in our books, we will send over our onboarding brochure which provides insight on what to expect during our time together. 

Additionally, we will include a questionnaire for you to complete. This will help us learn some more about you two as a couple, your goals, and your preferences.

Know that we have gotten familiar with each other, we believe it is important for us to explore the venue together. This way we can better grasp the atmosphere and layout, while also possibly providing valuable suggestions and ideas for your planning process. 


60 - Days Out

This meeting serves as an opportunity to understand and assess all the progress you have made since our last interaction.

During this meeting, we will go through our comprehensive 120 Events 60-day checklist. This checklist covers all the essential aspects and ensures that no detail is overlooked. By reviewing this checklist together, we can identify any tasks or areas that may still need attention or require further action.

Once we understand all of your event needs and details, we will begin working over the next month to make sure we get all our tasks finished and all of our documents final.

30 - Days out

Now moving on to 30 days before your event, we will focus on looping in and coordinating with your vendor team. We will send out an introductory and comprehensive email to get all of the vendors involved. This allows us to e-meet one another and just overall make sure we are on the same page, and understanding of the same expectations. 

We are sending all of our necessary final documents in this email. Some of those documents may include, timelines, layouts, contact lists, and any other relevant info that may be important. 

Additionally, we encourage the vendors to reach out to us if they have any questions, concerns, or feedback. 

This allows for a streamlining in the planning process, enhanced collaboration, and overall ensuring all parties involved are well prepared and aligned for your big day!

 

Execution

Final Stretch, we first begin by conducting your ceremony rehearsal. This allows all of your wedding party to be in knowledge of what is to come and how to make sure we look picture-perfect. 

On your wedding day, our team will be fully dedicated to executing you vision and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
